Send your drawing
Upload your DXF, DWG, STEP or dimensioned PDF through the quote form or send it on WhatsApp. A dimensioned sketch is enough if you have no drawing.

Cutting plan and quote
We nest the part and calculate cutting time, then send a clear quote by quantity, material and lead time.

Sample and approval
Before the series we cut the first part and check dimensions together; revisions are made if needed before your approval.

Serial production
With the approved program we cut, bend and mark the series. Every batch comes from the program, identical to the first part.

01What is your laser cutting capacity?
We laser-cut round tubes up to 330 mm diameter and square, rectangular, flat, angle, U and H profiles up to 220 mm. We bend 0.80–4 mm sheet and plasma-cut 1.5–10 mm plate.
02What files should I send for a quote?
For flat sheet and plasma work a 1:1 DXF or DWG is best; for tubes and profiles STEP or IGES. A dimensioned PDF or a photo of a dimensioned sketch is enough to start. You can also upload several files as a ZIP.
03How long does a quote take?
If your drawing is complete we usually prepare the quote quickly. Complex, multi-item lists may need a little more time for nesting; we tell you the timing in advance.
04Is there a minimum order quantity?
We also work on samples and prototypes. Because set-up and programming time is fixed per job, the unit price falls noticeably as quantity rises.
05Can I get a sample before the series?
Yes. We cut the first part and check dimensions together; after your approval we start the series, and every batch is identical to the sample.
06Do you work outside Ankara?
Yes. We work across Turkey, especially Bursa, Gebze and Istanbul, and abroad. Parts are shipped palletised and labelled by freight or courier.
