Tube and profile laser cutting produces structural parts on one machine in one clamping, instead of separate sawing, drilling and milling steps. At Lazer Nokta we cut your tube or profile and make holes, slotted holes, grooves and interlocking details at the same time. The part leaves the machine ready for assembly.

Why laser-cut tubes?
With a saw, holes must be marked and drilled separately and every measuring and clamping step adds error. With a laser the whole geometry comes from the CNC program, so parts come out identical with little burr or distortion. Weld preparation gets shorter, and interlocking joints often remove the need for fixtures.

Upload your drawing (DXF, DWG, STEP or dimensioned PDF) through the quote form. We prepare the cutting plan and price it by quantity and material. If you wish we cut a sample first; after your approval we move to serial production and deliver labelled parts on pallets.

01What is the largest tube diameter?
We cut round tubes up to 330 mm in diameter. For square, rectangular and open profiles the limit is 220 mm.
02Do I need to drill holes separately?
No. Holes, slotted holes and grooves are cut in the same operation, so parts are ready for assembly.
03Do you take small batches?
Yes. We work from samples and prototypes to serial production; the unit price falls as quantity rises.
04Should I supply the material?
Either way works: you can send the material or leave sourcing to us. We quote both options.
