Flat Bar Laser Cutting

Flat bar is used for connectors, feet, brackets and reinforcement. On flat bars up to 220 mm wide we cut to length and produce holes, slotted holes and end forms in one go.

This removes intermediate press or drilling steps and makes even small batches of connectors economical.

An economical approach to flat bar

For small, high-volume parts such as connection plates, scrap rate matters as much as cutting time. We plan lengths around standard bar lengths to minimise waste. For bars to be bent we calculate the flat length before cutting so the size holds after press brake bending.

Every flat bar is laser cut from a CNC program, so hole spacing and end forms repeat exactly from the first part to the last. Give hole centres from the edge, plus thickness and material, for an accurate quote.
