Angle Profile Laser Cutting

Angle (L profile) is used as a connecting and framing member in steel structures and shelving. We laser-cut equal and unequal angles with legs up to 220 mm.

Mitres for frame corners, V-notches for folding corners and bolt holes are cut in the same program.

Notch-and-fold on angles

A laser-cut V-notch in one leg lets the angle fold to 90° and form a frame without welding the corner. On shelving, cases and machine bodies this saves labour and post-weld grinding. Just show the notch angle and position on the drawing.

Angle laser cutting also removes manual marking: holes, notches and mitres all come from the program. Tell us which leg is horizontal and which vertical so bolt holes land on the right leg and parts cannot be fitted the wrong way round.
