Square Tube Laser Cutting

Square hollow section is the backbone of furniture, shelving, railings and machine frames. We laser-cut square tubes up to 220 mm and can put holes and slots on all four faces.

Laser-cut tab-and-slot joints lock parts together, so no fixture is needed for alignment before welding and assembly errors are minimised.

Ordering tips for square tubes

Mark one face of the tube as the reference (face A) so hole positions on each face are clear. Holes or slots that fall on the internal weld seam are checked at quoting. We cut series in many sizes, from small sections up to 220×220 mm.
