Frequently asked questions

We laser-cut round tubes up to 330 mm diameter and square, rectangular, flat, angle, U and H profiles up to 220 mm. We bend 0.80–4 mm sheet and plasma-cut 1.5–10 mm plate.

For flat sheet and plasma work a 1:1 DXF or DWG is best; for tubes and profiles STEP or IGES. A dimensioned PDF or a photo of a dimensioned sketch is enough to start. You can also upload several files as a ZIP.

If your drawing is complete we usually prepare the quote quickly. Complex, multi-item lists may need a little more time for nesting; we tell you the timing in advance.

We also work on samples and prototypes. Because set-up and programming time is fixed per job, the unit price falls noticeably as quantity rises.

Either way: you can send the material or leave sourcing to us. We quote both options.

Yes. We cut the first part and check dimensions together; after your approval we start the series, and every batch is identical to the sample.

Yes. Parts we plasma- or laser-cut are bent on our press brake in the same facility, marked if needed and delivered as a set.

Yes. Part numbers, assembly marks and logos can be laser-marked in the same program as profile cutting. Just send your logo as a vector file.

Yes. We work across Turkey, especially Bursa, Gebze and Istanbul, and abroad. Parts are shipped palletised and labelled by freight or courier.
