Round tube is the most common section in structural and furniture manufacturing. At Lazer Nokta we laser-cut tubes up to Ø 330 mm. Mitred cuts that are tedious with a saw, fish-mouth saddle cuts and holes around the circumference are all done in one program.
Because the weld preparation is laser-cut, tube-to-tube joints fit without gaps, reducing welding time and filler.
What to specify for tube cutting
For a quote, give the outside diameter, wall thickness and length, and the angular position of holes around the tube. For fish-mouth cuts the axis angle between the tubes and which tube sits on top are enough; we build the geometry in the program. Galvanised and stainless tubes keep a clean cut edge with no extra work before painting.
The largest outside size must not exceed Ø330 mm. Ask us about wall thickness and length.
