Laser Marking
Part numbers, assembly marks and logos on profiles — permanent marking that speeds up assembly.
- Method
- Laser marking (same program as cutting)
- Files
- DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF
- Scope
- Part no., assembly/weld marks, logos
- Serial production after sample approval
- Program-cut — identical parts
- Palletised shipping across Turkey
With our profile laser cutting we also offer laser marking. Fine or bold marks on profiles make assembly easier, speed up your processes and help avoid assembly errors.
What do we mark?
- Part numbers: stop similar parts getting mixed up and make the right part easy to find on site.
- Assembly and weld marks: show the joint position, direction and alignment on the part itself, so no measuring or scribing is needed.
- Logos and branding: a permanent identity on your product.
In the same program as cutting
Marking is part of the tube and profile laser cutting program. No separate operation or clamping is needed, so it adds very little time and the mark is perfectly aligned with the cut geometry.
